Military and Veteran resources
Our servicemembers answered our nations call to protect our freedom. Soldiers, Marines, Sailors, Airmen, Guardians, and Coast Guardsmen all serve our country in offensive and defensive operations worldwide to keep our country safe. As a veteran-owned business, we feel it is the least that we can do to help them in their home purchase or refinance journey. Whether you are relocating to a new duty station, transitioning from the military, buying your first home, up-sizing, or trying to refinance your home, we are here to help!

Free Appraisals
As a token of our appreciation to the sacrifices that all servicemembers and veterans have endured, Broaden Mortgage is picking up the tab on all appraisals to currently serving or honorably discharged veterans. The appraisal fee will be reimbursed at closing and applies to all purchase and refinance mortgage loans.

Certificate of Eligibility
Lenders require a Certificate of Eligibility (COE) issued from the Veterans Administration (VA) when purchasing or refinancing a home mortgage using a VA guarantee. We can obtain this for you, just give us a call!

No Funding Fee for Disabled Veterans
The Veterans Administration typically charges a 2.3% fee for first-time use or 3.6% for subsequent use of your VA Home Loan benefit. If you have a service-connected disability, this fee is waived. If you were honorably discharged and are not yet in receipt of a service-connected disability, there are resources available through Veterans Service Officers (VSO) within many organizations that will assist you in completing the paperwork required and submitting to the Veterans Administration.

Here to Help
We are not only here to assist veterans in their home ownership journey. We are also here to aid veterans in navigating struggles that only another veteran could understand. From providing contacts for Veterans Service Officers (VSO), to just lending an ear to a veteran in need, supporting our veterans is a pillar of Broaden Mortgage. Veterans are a cornerstone of our country, they answered the call, and we are here.
